In other words, Coalese Health only gets paid when you get paid. We invoice your clinic only for the care plans you create, and only after billings have been reimbursed. 

Almost immediately upon installation, Complex Care Plan effortlessly identifies all eligible patients, enabling physicians to easily capture additional fee revenue. With Complex Care Plan, annual fees have increased by up to $30,000 per physician.
